Be it at a Research One, land grant institution, the United States Senate, or Fortune 100 company, Niki thrives on helping leaders meet the fullest version of themselves.

Dannemart Pierre, PhD, LMHC, is an educator, writer, and storyteller using science and story to (de)construct, (re)educate, and reimagine. Rooted in Call and Response, an Afro-Indigenous practice grounded in Haitian epistemologies, her work challenges narratives surrounding race, identity, higher education, equity, and Black women’s health.

I’m a first-generation Latina, born and raised in East Los Angeles, and I carry a deep love for community, liberation, learning, and creating. I am true gemini and contain multitudes. I value joy, love, humor, and my pets.

Dr. Jes is an artist, educator, and qualitative researcher who scholars outside the lines and imagines beyond the obvious. Blending radical imagination, critical creativity, and deep listening, Jes turns “if” into possibility and “then” into praxis—making space for bolder questions, collective dreaming, and liberatory futures.
